1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 09bej platform and all related services. When you create an account or use the services on this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Below are the definitions of some key terms used in this document:

1.1 Key Definitions

"Platform" — The 09bej website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
"Member" or "User" — Any person who holds a registered account on the platform.
"Account" — Each member's personal and exclusive gaming account.
"Funds" — The total amount of money deposited in a member's account.
"Bonus" — Additional credits or benefits provided by the platform, granted subject to specific conditions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Every person wishing to create an account at 09bej must meet the following conditions:

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
By creating an account, you confirm that you will operate it in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of anyone else.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing or granting access to your account to any third party is not permitted. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

Warning: 09bej will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account if the member has not adequately protected their login credentials.

3 Age Restrictions

09bej is a platform operated exclusively for adults. We take a strict stance against participation by minors.

Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and use the services on this platform.
Providing a false age at the time of registration will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.
In cases of doubt, age will be verified through a government-issued identification card or national ID.
If you are aware that a minor is using the platform, please inform us.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

09bej offers secure financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

09bej currently supports the following payment methods:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet service.
Nagad — The mobile financial service of the postal department.
Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Limits & Processing Times

Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, all active bonus wagering requirements on your account must be met.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
Transferring funds from one account to another is prohibited.
Every withdrawal request goes through a verification process; documents may be requested to confirm identity during this time.

4.4 Currency

09bej processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not available.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

09bej's bonus offers are provided to give members a better experience. However, each bonus has its own conditions, which all members must follow.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000.

Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳32,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses are for use on the 09bej platform only — they cannot be transferred elsewhere.
Each promotion must be used within a specified time limit; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated separately.
If an account is created or operated with the intent of exploiting bonus offers, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
09bej reserves the right to modify, cancel, or relaunch any bonus offer at any time.

6 Fair Play Policy

09bej is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. SSL encryption and fair play policies are strictly followed on our platform.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on our platform are developed and verified by recognised technology providers. Game outcomes are determined through an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) system, free from any external influence.

6.2 Multi-Account & Collusion Prohibition

Coordinated betting through multiple accounts belonging to the same person or members of the same household is prohibited.
Any form of collusion or conspiratorial play is strictly prohibited.
Playing with the aid of software bots or automated tools is completely prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 09bej platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

Creating an account with false or misleading information.
Using another person's identity or committing identity fraud.
Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device.
Placing artificial transactions or bets for the purpose of exploiting bonus offers.
Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system through hacking, cracking, or any other technical means.
Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behaviour toward other members.
Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.

Warning: If any of the above activities are detected, 09bej reserves the right to close the account without notice and to inform the relevant authorities.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Account credentials being compromised due to the member's own negligence.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Platform Rights

09bej reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

If any clause of these Terms is violated.
If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
If a member does not cooperate with the account verification process.
On the basis of instructions from legal authorities or a court order.

10.2 Member Rights

A member may also request the closure of their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be returned after all wagering requirements have been met.
